Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding repair contract, repair estimate, guarantee of repair outcome, or guarantee of service availability.
Repair scope, pricing, and timelines may vary depending on vehicle condition, hidden damage, parts availability, insurance approvals, and operational factors.
Estimates and Repair Authorization
All repair estimates are preliminary and subject to change.
Additional damage may be discovered during disassembly or repair. Supplemental approvals and revised repair plans may be required before repairs continue.
By authorizing repairs, customers permit reasonable diagnostic procedures, vehicle disassembly, scanning, testing, movement, and operation necessary to complete safe and proper repairs.
Customers represent that they have legal authority to approve repairs.
Insurance and Payment Responsibility
We regularly work with insurance providers and make every reasonable effort to help customers obtain proper coverage for safe and complete repairs.
In most cases, repairs are completed within the scope of insurance coverage aside from applicable deductibles. If additional procedures, upgraded parts, or safety-related services are required that are not approved by an insurer, we will discuss available options with you before proceeding.
Customers remain responsible for deductibles and for any repair services or items they authorize that are not covered by insurance. No additional charges will be incurred without customer awareness and approval.
Repair Methods
B2 Perfection Auto Body Inc. determines proper repair methods based on industry standards, manufacturer procedures, safety considerations, and professional judgment.
Insurance estimates are prepared for insurer cost evaluation purposes and do not determine the safe or proper method of repair.
Parts and Materials
Repairs may involve the use of:
- New Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts
- Aftermarket parts
- Recycled or reconditioned parts
Parts selection may depend on safety considerations, availability, insurance requirements, and customer authorization.
Parts used in repairs are covered only by the warranty provided by the part manufacturer or supplier, if any. B2 Perfection Auto Body Inc. does not provide an independent warranty on parts.
Repair Timelines
Repair completion dates are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to hidden damage, parts shortages, insurer approvals, sublet services, operational factors, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for incidental expenses resulting from repair delays.
Vehicle Storage and Retrieval
Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving vehicles after repairs are completed or when notified.
Storage, administrative, diagnostic, disassembly, reassembly, or handling charges may apply if repairs are declined, delayed, or if a vehicle remains at our facility beyond a reasonable pickup period.
Vehicles may be retained until repair balances are paid in full, consistent with applicable California lien laws.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers remain responsible for all authorized charges not paid by insurance.
Accepted payment methods may include insurance payments, financing arrangements, major credit or debit cards, cashier’s checks, or other approved methods.
Communications and Text Messaging
By providing contact information, customers consent to receive communications related to repair updates, scheduling, estimate follow-ups, review requests, and marketing messages.
Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.
Marketing messages may be opted out of at any time.
Vehicle Operation and Documentation
Vehicles may be moved, test driven, scanned, photographed, or documented as necessary to diagnose damage, perform repairs, verify safety, and maintain repair records.
Images or videos of vehicles may be used for lawful business purposes such as documentation, training, marketing, or promotional materials. Customer identity will not be used without separate permission.
Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
B2 Perfection Auto Body Inc. provides a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on qualifying repairs.
This warranty applies for as long as the original customer owns the repaired vehicle and covers defects in workmanship related to collision repairs performed by our facility.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from subsequent accidents
- Environmental damage or corrosion not related to repairs
- Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Prior unrepaired damage
- Mechanical components unless specifically stated
- Manufacturer defects in parts
- Repairs performed by other facilities
Warranty claims require inspection and approval by our facility and a reasonable opportunity to correct any defect.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B2 Perfection Auto Body Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use, rental expenses, diminished value claims, or delays caused by third parties.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Disputes may be resolved through court proceedings or, if mutually agreed, through binding arbitration administered by an established arbitration service in Santa Clara County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
